Business Review
This is a two (2) weeks programme where we send in our experts to look into all the business functions. The purpose of the review is to understand the current performance of the business and identify the areas with potential for improvement.  This is the quickest and most effective way to flush out the problems in the organisation because our Consultants are impartial and can quickly identify non-conformance and counterproductive activities. Normally a Business Improvement Programme would ensue after.

Business Coaching
Similar to a Business Review, our expert Consultants would coach our client on, "How to conduct a Business Review". This would normally take 4-6 weeks to complete. The client would play a more proactive role and the Consultant would coach and guide them to the right direction by providing the systems and tools.

Business Improvement
This Business Improvement Programme normally ensues 2-4 weeks after a Business Review/ Coaching. The quantum of the programme is determined by how far the clients want to take it (Acmedges would also make a recommendation based on Cost-Benefit Analysis and ROI for the client).

This programme would require the clients commitment to work closely and coordinate with Acmedges consultants. Typically, the implementation would take anywhere from 4months-12months for completion.

Throughout the Business Improvement Programme, there are a series of activities which have to be carried out inorder to achieve the agreed savings and improvement. Acmedges would customised and design the Management Operating System, provide systems tools to facilitate installation implementation of the MOS and KPIs reporting tools.

Upon completion of the programme, the client would normally identity the next extension projects or new areas which they require Acmedges to assist them to work on. Some companies would keep Acmedges on a retainer basis to ensure the projects are constantly being monitored by an impartial professional body.

Visiting Agent
On a retainer basis, CPD would also dispatch a Visiting Agent (VA) to the agreed sites on an agreed interval to monitor the progress and provide the necessary recommendations. The VA would prepare the Assessment and Evaluation Report for the client

Staff Training
Our core business in consulting requires our Consultants to constantly coach and train our clients’ employees on various topics designed to improve efficiency and yield related to their scope of work.
